Because every outfit is made to order, delivery timing depends on your design and the amount of handwork. We confirm the timeline — and the delivery options for your country — with your quote.

Your outfit is carefully packed at the atelier, and tracking details are shared with you on WhatsApp once it is on its way.

We accept custom orders worldwide. Shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes for your country are explained with your quote, before you confirm your order.

Each piece is designed for you and made to your measurements, so made-to-order couture is not held as stock and cannot simply be returned or exchanged.

If something is not right when your outfit arrives, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with photos, and we will work with you to put it right.
