From Inspiration to Final Outfit: How Your Couture Is Made
Process · 15 October 2026
A couture outfit begins long before the first stitch. It begins with you: an occasion, a colour, a photograph you cannot stop looking at. This is how that idea becomes an outfit made for one.
It Starts With Your Inspiration
Bring whatever you have. A photograph, a sketch, a fabric you love, a memory of a colour or simply a feeling about how you want to look. You do not need a finished design — developing it is our work.

We ask about your occasion, the silhouette you are drawn to, the level of handwork you would like and your budget, so every decision that follows is built around you.
Consultation and Design
Whether you visit our Mumbai atelier or meet us on a video call, the consultation is a conversation. We look at your inspiration together and talk through what will and will not work on you.
From there we sketch your outfit — front, back, neckline, sleeves and embroidery placement — and refine it with you until it feels right. Nothing moves forward until you approve the design.
Fabric and Handwork
Fabrics are chosen for how they drape and how they carry embroidery. Where the exact shade matters, the fabric is dyed to match. Our artisans then embroider and embellish by hand, one panel at a time.

Embroidery, beading, pearls and crystals are placed individually. This is why no two outfits are alike, and why handwork takes the time it takes.
Fitting, Finishing and Delivery
Your outfit is cut to your measurements, not to a standard size. It is fitted, adjusted and finished by hand, then carefully packed and delivered — in Mumbai or anywhere in the world.

Throughout, we share progress with you on WhatsApp, so you see your outfit take shape.
