Many of our clients have never visited the atelier. They plan a wedding in New York, an evening in Dubai or a celebration in London, and their outfit is made in Mumbai. This is how it works from your side of the world.

Begin With a Conversation

Tell us about your occasion and send your inspiration on WhatsApp. We then arrange a video call at a time that suits your time zone, where we look at your ideas and talk through design, fabric and budget.

Measurements Without a Visit

We do not work from standard sizes. You can follow our measurement guide, or we can take your measurements with you on a video call. Your outfit is then cut to those measurements.

If you are unsure about any measurement, ask — it is far better to check than to guess.

Approvals and Updates

Sketches, fabric options and colours are shared with you on WhatsApp, and we begin once you approve the design. As your outfit is made, we send photographs of the handwork so you are never left wondering.

Delivery to Your Door

Your finished outfit is packed with care and shipped to you, with tracking shared on WhatsApp. Delivery options and any customs duties for your country are confirmed with your quote.
